We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. International and/or expedited shipping is calculated at checkout and must be covered by the customer. Expedited and international shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you would like to return your item(s) for alteration, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. 

Your clothing & accessories order will typically ship within 1-3 weeks. Each piece from Emily Westenberger the Label is handmade to order, meaning there is no stock. Once you place your order, we make it from scratch. If you would like your order expedited, please email info@emilywestenberger.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Your perfume order will ship within 1-3 days. Please contact us if you need your order expedited.

You will be updated via email with tracking info once your item has been made and sent. Please note that it can take up to 4 hours for tracking information to load online.
