Mornings have always been my favorite time of day. 

As a little girl, I was the first one awake during sleepovers. I relish my morning walks and those first few sips of coffee. It’s when I’m at my most creative. I am the epitome of a morning person. 

That’s probably why when I reflect on childhood summers, the Morning Glory wrapped around the white fence of my childhood home comes to mind.

Its daily habit of gently unfurling at dawn and closing at sunset fascinated me then and continues to do so today. It serves as nature's reminder of how embracing light allows us to flourish. Its resilience, thriving wherever its seed lands, inspires me to adapt and grow wherever life takes me.

The beloved flowering plant of my childhood summers brings forth memories of home, beauty, and elegance. These feelings inspired my upcoming collection, drawing from the Morning Glory's winding tendrils, soft hues, and graceful form. The intricate pleats, circular skirt designs, and effervescent prints showcased throughout these styles pay homage to the Morning Glory's distinctive trumpet shape, striped petals, and vining nature.
