Shipping
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. International and/or expedited shipping must be covered by the customer and is calculated at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. International and/or expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Expedited and international shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
When will my order ship?
Perfume and art orders will ship within 5 days.
Garment orders will ship within 1-3 weeks. Each piece from Emily Westenberger the Label is handmade to order, meaning there is no stock. Once you place your order, we make it from scratch. If you would like your order expedited, please email info@emilywestenberger.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I track my order?
You will be updated via email with tracking info once your item has been made and sent. Please note that it can take up to 4 hours for tracking information to load online.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our garments are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or fit. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted once your order is placed, so we encourage you to review our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re unsure of your size, please contact info@emilywestenberger.com or leave your measurements and any notes at checkout.
If your garment requires an adjustment, alterations may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss alteration options. Customers are responsible for return shipping to the studio using a trusted, tracked service.
Art & Stationery: Art prints, original artwork, and stationery are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Perfume: We recommend trying a sample size before purchasing a full-size fragrance. Full-size fragrances may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in their original packaging. Used or opened fragrances cannot be returned. If your fragrance arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Expedited and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
Garment Production and Sizing
How do you make your garments?
All items are completely designed and handmade to order from scratch by Emily & her team. Emily starts a collection by making a style from a paper pattern and/or draping fabric on a dress form. She then makes a test fit garment from the new pattern and continues making adjustments from there to perfect the fit.
Once a design is finalized, and you place your order from the collection, Emily uses a copy of the standardized pattern and adjusts it to your size selection or custom measurements if requested. Emily & her team then cut the fabric from your own personalized pattern, sew the garment, package it, and ship it off to you!
How do I know my size?
For guidance on sizing, please visit the size guide page. The size guide page provides information on measurements for each size and instructions for taking your own measurements. Each product page also includes size and fit notes in the description to help guide you.

What if I don't fit into the standard size guide?
If the standard sizing guide doesn’t quite fit for you, Emily offers custom measurements at no extra cost.
To place your order from a collection with customizations, select 'Custom Size' on the product page and proceed to purchase your order.
Leave your requests and / or custom measurements in the notes at checkout. Emily will reach out to you via email to confirm the customizations.
Custom and Special Orders
What customizations do you offer?
We offer three ways to customize your order: customized measurements for garments from the collection, customized style details for garments from the collection, and fully bespoke orders.
How can I place my order from the collection with custom measurements?
Select 'Custom Size' on the product page for your size selection, add the item to your cart, and enter your measurements in the notes at checkout. You can also email your measurements to info@emilywestenberger.com.
How much does it cost to customize measurements for a style?
We offer customized measurements at no extra charge.
How can I customize a style from the collection?
Please email info@emilywestenberger.com with your style customization request(s) so that we can verify we can accommodate them before you place your order.
Do customized styles cost extra?
Not all customizations will incur extra costs. Please email info@emilywestenberger.com, and we will work with your request(s) and budget to give you more information on costs.
How do fully bespoke orders work?
To start the process of creating your own fully bespoke garment(s), please purchase the initial 30 minute consultation with Emily. You will discuss details like budget, style, and fabric during the consultation.
If you choose to move forward with a custom design, the consultation fee will go towards the cost of your garment(s). After the call, Emily will put together a creative direction, including fabric and design inspiration for your approval.
If you'd like to move forward, a 30% deposit of your quoted price is required to get started. Emily will then get to work sending sketches and sourcing fabrics based on your creative direction.
Next, she'll send you fabrics and trims for your approval. After you’ve picked your favorites, the second 30% deposit is due.
Emily will then create a cotton sample of your approved style for you to see and try on before she starts on the final piece. Depending on the fit, she will send you 1-4 samples, perfecting the fit with each iteration.
Once Emily has your approved materials and finalized style, Emily will reach out to you for approval before cutting and sewing the final product.
The last 30% payment is due before she ships the finished product to you.
She’ll also share some photos of the final design before it’s on its way to you!
How much do bespoke orders cost?
The cost varies depending on style, fabric, timeline, etc. Emily will work with you and your own unique needs and budget during the initial consultation.
