As Emily Westenberger the Label operates on a made-to-order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item(s) does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. Please be considerate when placing your order by visiting the size guide to make sure you match yourself to the correct sizing, as a lot of time and care goes into making each piece.
If unsure of your sizing, please contact us here with any questions or concerns. You may also leave your measurements and/or comments/concerns in the notes at checkout.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer alterations at an additional cost. Please email info@emilywestenberger.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a return address.
For returns and alterations, it will be the customer’s responsibility to safely return items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service. This cost must be covered by you, as it is not worked into the price of the garments. Please email info@emilywestenberger.com if you would like your order altered.
Expedited and international (outside the US) shipping costs are non-refundable.
Perfume
We want you to love your fragrance! To ensure satisfaction, we recommend trying a sample size before purchasing a full-size bottle. Full-size fragrances may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used bottles, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
