The purchase of any artwork, print, product, or commission does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, licensed, incorporated into derivative works, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The use of any artwork, images, text, photography, or other content from this website for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, dataset creation, model training, image generation, or similar automated technologies is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization.
The use of automated tools, bots, crawlers, scraping technologies, or similar methods to collect content from this website is prohibited.

Custom Artwork
Custom illustrations and commissioned artwork are created specifically for each client using the reference materials provided and approved during the design process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Emily Westenberger retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork. Clients receive a license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Unless confidentiality has been requested and agreed upon in advance, Emily Westenberger reserves the right to photograph and display completed commissioned work within portfolios, exhibitions, social media, marketing materials, and publications.
Products
We strive to display our artwork, prints, stationery, scarves, fragrance, and other products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings, and we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on screen will exactly match the final product.
Because many of our products are created in small batches or made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, placement, or finish are considered part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
All measurements are approximate.
While every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, availability, and pricing are accurate, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to modify product information, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
Please note that production timelines are estimates. In-stock items typically ship within a few business days, while made-to-order, custom, or commissioned work may require additional production time as noted on the applicable product page.
Quality & Care
Every product is carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact info@emilywestenberger.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs along with your order number.
Questions regarding product care are always welcome. Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, cleaning, or failure to follow provided care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Payments
We accept payment through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. Emily Westenberger does not store customer credit card information.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated purchasing systems.
