As Emily Westenberger the label sells on a made-to-order business model, I cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item(s) does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. Please be considerate when placing your order, as a lot of time and care goes into making each piece.
Please visit my sizing guide to make sure you match yourself to the correct sizing. You may also leave your measurements in the notes at checkout. If unsure, please email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I offer alterations at an additional cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery, and I will provide a return address.
For returns and alterations, it will be the customer’s responsibility to safely return items back to my studio with a trusted tracked service. This cost must be covered by you, as it is not worked into the price of my garments.
