You Dream It
To start the process of creating your custom garment(s), please purchase the initial 30 minute consultation with Emily. If you choose to move forward with a custom design, the consultation fee of $30 will go towards the cost of your garment(s). You will discuss details like budget, style, and fabric during the consultation. Emily can also walk you through how to take your measurements via video call.
After your call, she will put together fabric and style options with pricing for your approval.
Emily Makes It
Once you decide on your style and fabric, you will submit your 50% deposit before we purchase your approved materials. Emily will send you fabrics and trims for your approval before purchasing.
Upon receipt of your deposit, Emily will create a sample in cotton fabric of your selected style, so you can see and try it on before she cuts into your fabric and sews the final product. Depending on the fit of the garment, she will send you 1-4 samples to test.
Once she has your fabric and trims in the studio and has finalized the style, she will reach out to you for final approval before cutting and sewing the final product.
The remaining 50% deposit is due before we ship the final product to you. Emily will send you images of the finished design before shipping.
You Treasure It For Many Years to Come!
When your style is complete, we will send it back to you via USPS mail. Please note: turnaround time varies, but styles are typically made and sent back within 1-2 months of receiving your request.

At Emily Westenberger the Label, every garment is handmade to order once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please make sure to choose your correct sizing. Along with offering standard sizing, I offer a made-to-measure service, at no extra cost.

Taking Your Body Measurements
The tape measure should be flat against your skin while measuring. Make sure that it is not too tight.
BUST:
Measure all the way around your front and back in line with the widest point of your chest.
WAIST:
Measure all the way around your waist, breathe naturally and don’t pull the tape too tight.
HIPS:
Measure all the way around the widest part of your hips.
LENGTH:
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder at the nape of your neck to the where the hem should fall.
SHOULDER TO SHOULDER:
Make sure to stand up straight and measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, excluding a select few of our made-to-order accessories. International and/or expedited shipping is calculated at checkout and must be covered by the customer. Expedited and international (outside of the US) shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your order will typically ship within 1-3 weeks. Each piece from Emily Westenberger the Label is handmade to order, meaning there is no stock.

As Emily Westenberger the Label operates on a made-to-order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item(s) does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. Please be considerate when placing your order by visiting the size guide to make sure you match yourself to the correct sizing, as a lot of time and care goes into making each piece.
